a.You may request an appointment, reschedule it or cancel it.

4.How do I access the patient portal?
a.First, you have to give your email to the front desk. This is asked in the registration forms.
b.After you give your email address, you will receive an e-mail (allow 10 minutes)
c.That e mail will contain your username and password.
5.Where do I put my username and password?
a.Access the patient portal webpage at: patientportal.mdmedicalgroup.us
b.The top right corner, has a place to write the username and password and that is where it is entered.
6.What if I forgot my username or password or I blocked by account with too many trials?
a.You may ask the front desk of your practice to unlock your account, or may also call our call center at 1-888-995-1927
7.What if I don’t want the patient portal anymore?
a.You may ask the front desk of your practice to disable your account, or may also call our call center at 1-888-995-1927
8.Is there an app?
a.Yes, the name is HEALOW and may be downloaded to a tablet or smartphone, with apple or android, at no cost.
